VinFast Auto Philippines, Corp. (“VinFast PH”) makes available a range of digital offerings. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT” or “TERMS OF USE”) CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF VINFAST PH’S WEB SITES, WEB PAGES, INTERACTIVE FEATURES, APPLICATIONS, WIDGETS, BLOGS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE CONTENTS AND UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, ANY OTHER INTERACTIVE CONTENT THAT LINKS TO THE VINFAST PH WEB SITES OWNED BY VINFAST PH (COLLECTIVELY THE “SITES”).

By accessing or using the website of VinFast PH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and agree to all rules that may be published by VinFast PH. All these rules are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. If we request or permit the submission of your opinions, product ratings or reviews, ideas, suggestions, or feedback (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant VinFast a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, disclose, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, adapt, publish, publicly perform and display, distribute, syndicate, make available, communicate to the public, sublicense and otherwise use your submissions in any manner whatsoever for any or all commercial or non-commercial purposes, with or without attribution to you or any other party. Further, for the benefit and in favor of VinFast, you waive any and all moral rights and agree never to assert any or all moral rights you may have in or with respect to the Feedback. Further, VinFast PH is not responsible for and has no control over your interactions with third parties on third-party websites, including websites to which VinFast PH automatically links you. 7. ACCOUNTS AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You may receive marketing materials from VinFast Ph, including news and special event, and new vehicle information. It is completely voluntary to receive these materials. You may also opt-out of receiving any marketing materials from VinFast PH at any time by contacting us.
If you register on any of the services in this website, you may be required to provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, or your Vehicle Identification Number. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we process your personal information. You agree that the information about yourself that you provide to VinFast PH is true, accurate and complete.
You may also have the opportunity to register for an account (“Account”) to access and use certain features of the website, including certain applications offered by VinFast PH and certain specially-tailored products and services (e.g., for VinFast Owners). If we have reasonable grounds (as determined by us in our sole discretion) to suspect that the personal information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to refuse, with or without notice, any and all current or future requests you make and/or to suspend or terminate your Account. Use of the website following such notice indicates your acceptance of all such Additional Terms.
In addition, VinFast PH has the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website, and/or to refuse or restrict anyone from access to any of the services, with or without notice and in its sole discretion. VinFast PH shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the website or any of the services therein.
9. MOBILE ACCESS
If permitted or available through any feature or service on the website, you may be able to (a) upload content or download content from the website via a mobile device, (b) receive and reply to messages, or to access or make posts using text messaging, (c) browse the website from your mobile device and/or (d) access certain features through a mobile application you have downloaded and installed on your mobile phone (collectively the “Mobile Services”). VinFast PH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or with the delay or inability to use this website. Further, VinFast PH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on this website and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions of any information.
We shall have no liability associated with or arising from your failure to maintain accurate personal information in connection with your Account, including, but not limited to, your failure to receive critical information about VinFast PH and/or its services.

VINFAST PH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE OR OPERATE IN AN UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE MANNER OR THAT ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. IN ADDITION, VINFAST PH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS APPROPRIATE, ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE FOR USE IN ANY PARTICULAR JURISDICTION.
